Rock & Flow Yoga is offering Sound Spa Sessions starting on Saturday, November 1st.
These sessions will take place at Arts Herndon, 750 Center Street, Herndon, VA on the following Saturdays in November: 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29.
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. Cost: $40 per session
Attendees will have the opportunity to melt stress away with soothing crystal sound bowls in the inspiring and beautiful setting of the gallery, concluding with a deep, relaxing savasana.
Note: Participants should bring their own yoga mat and anything else to support their comfort during deep relaxation.
